| Preparation of Crowns and Bridges
The base material of the metal frame is a perfect oxide- and contamination-free frame achieved by single casting. The preparation process and the finishing are both constantly monitored under microscope. We use only premium quality products and modern technology which enables the laboratory to produce prefect tooth anatomy from ceramic and composite materials.
Dentures and Combined works
The base lamination of dentures and combined workmanships are polished three times and cleaned by an ultrasound equipment to make it glossy and polish-free. Unlike other labs the polymerization time is double in order to achieve a perfect monomer-free trim: monomers are carcinogenic. We prepare the metal sheets under microscope to retain their high gloss for a longer period and use long-life precision components for combined works. The artificial teeth are made up of several layers thus create a better wear resistance and longer life. We use bio-gold to avoid possible allergic reactions.
