Terms & Conditions Trading Terms Please ensure that FULL and CLEAR written instructions are enclosed as telephone conversations can be misunderstood. We reserve the right to charge a remake fee where no written design was specified and our design was not acceptable. We reserve the right to query or return doubtful models or impressions that we consider unsatisfactory. Goods and materials supplied to special order are not returnable; neither may a special order placed be cancelled. The Goods remain the property of VitalLab until payment has been received in full. Any claims for defective workmanship must be notified in writing within one month of the completion of the case whereupon it must be returned. We believe that neither the Client nor the Laboratory purposely constructs an appliance to fail and it is difficult to apportion blame. Therefore we have a policy of splitting the costs 50/50 in the event of a remake. Guarantee Policy It is our aim to provide complete satisfaction and to this end we use the finest materials and the most modern equipment and techniques available. Should the occasion arise where you are dissatisfied, we will endeavour to rectify the situation promptly and with the minimum of inconvenience to you and your patients. Payments All accounts are payable within 15 days upon receipt of statement. Overdue balances are subject to interest being charged on account of 6% per month. Any work that has made no progress in the laboratory for one month will be charged to the completed stage at the date of statement. Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.
